Legal requirements

We can also help with paperwork related to demolition and can point you in the right direction to meet with any legal or regulatory needs that must be complied with in order to make your project legal.

Sustainability

We are keen on the recycle element of our works and try to recycle as much of a building as possible. Where this is not possible, we will find waste transfer stations that will recycle the largest and most diverse materials (typically 98% recycled is the minimum we look for) this is not only great for the environment but is usually also cost effective.

Asbestos

Asbestos is high on the agenda and we can help you to get that Demolition & Refurbishment asbestos survey (this is a legal requirement before any demolition or refurbishment is carried out) and then deal with any subsequent asbestos materials found as part of the demolition package.
